Terms of Service
Last updated 27 June 2026
These terms govern your use of BeiBi, a marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned luxury items. By using BeiBi you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Sellers must complete identity verification before receiving payouts.
Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including photos, condition, and authenticity. Items must be genuine and lawfully owned. We may remove listings that violate these terms.
Fees & commission
When an item sells, BeiBi deducts a commission from the sale proceeds; the remainder is paid to the seller after the buyer-protection conditions are met. Applicable fees are shown before you list or buy.
Authentication
Entrupy authentication is optional and may be requested by the seller, added by the buyer, or offered as a promotion. Where requested, payout to the seller is held until the item passes authentication.
Payments & payouts
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Seller payouts are released through a reviewed payout process once delivery and buyer-protection conditions are satisfied.
Buyer protection
Every order is covered by buyer protection. If an item is materially not as described or not authentic, you may open a dispute within the protection window for a resolution, which may include a refund.
Prohibited conduct
You may not list counterfeit or unlawful goods, take transactions off-platform, harass other users, or attempt to defraud the marketplace. Messages are moderated and violations may lead to suspension.
Disputes
Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve issues through messaging. Unresolved claims are reviewed by our team, whose decision on platform remedies (refund or release) is final.
Limitation of liability
BeiBi provides the marketplace “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Questions? Contact [email protected].
